Hayward Mouton provides program administrative oversight for all FGC programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws, codes, and standards. Mr. Mouton holds a Master of Social Work from Howard University and a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a minor in Business Administration and Management from Troy University. He has over 10 years of administrative and direct practice experience in child welfare, human service, and mental health; advancing the well-being of high-risk children, youth, and families. Mr. Mouton has an unwavering zest for combating social injustices and ensuring that all people have access to resources and services, regardless of their race, age, gender, or sexual orientation. Mr. Mouton upholds the belief that everyone should be treated fairly and equally in society and is dedicated to ensuring that FGC’s staff and programs are ethically sound and culturally diverse.
