Shari Arthurton is an experienced HR professional with more than 7 years of experience in the field of HR management. 

She is responsible for talent acquisition, retention, personal learning, and staff development at Fort Greene Council. She also oversees the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.  

She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management, from the University of Phoenix. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a focus on Management Information Systems, from Norfolk State University.

Ms. Arthurton believes in empowering employees to optimize their talent and employ effective strategies to complete their daily tasks.
