🎤 Grace Agard-Harewood Shines Bright at SUMMERFEST 2025! 🌟

Last week, the Grace Agard-Harewood Older Adult Club transformed the stage into a vibrant celebration of music, poetry, and community spirit with SUMMERFEST 2025. From heartfelt ballads to uplifting choral harmonies, every performance proved that our members’ talent, creativity, and passion only grow stronger with time.
The afternoon began with the Grace Agard Choir’s soul-soothing “Peace Is Flowing Like a River”, setting the tone for an unforgettable showcase. Danny Lattner followed with “Upon the Roof”, delivering smooth vocals filled with heartfelt emotion.
Poet Royal Rose moved the audience with original words, and Betty McCain’s powerhouse rendition of “God Bless the Child” left the room in awe. Mark Hall and the Men’s Choir charmed the crowd with “My Girl”, before Paulette Jackson brought a touch of elegance with her beautiful flute performance.
The Grace Agard Choir returned for two moving hymns — “How Great Thou Art” and its Spanish counterpart “Cuan Grande Es El”. Choir Director Ms. Corliss then took the spotlight with a stirring “Amazing Grace”. Genee energized the crowd with an inspiring poem that had everyone on their feet by the final line. Mark Hall made a fiery return with “Come On Baby, Light My Fire”, literally making his way around the room and sparking plenty of smiles (and maybe a few blushes 🥵🔥). Richard Prescott kept spirits high with his soulful “Chances Are”.
The concert wrapped with the full choir delivering a lively Train Melody Finale — a joyful, toe-tapping close to an afternoon that will be remembered for years to come.
